Craziest Corner Shop Ever

So, today I went to the craziest corner shop ever to have existed! I first read about 'The Corner Shop' by Lucy Sparrow shortly after it opened at the start of August, with just 3 hours to go until it shut-up-shop for good, we made it on the way home from my big brother's wedding!! Myself and my mum were both dying to see it in real life and it did not disappoint, everything from the newspapers to the nappies was sewn by hand and the public reaction was fairly insane, with people queuing down the streets to get into the free pop-up shop and purchasing felt crisps for around £30 a bag. To our disbelief, this 'installation' took only 7 months for Lucy Sparrow to single-handedly put together and set up in the ex-laundrette of a quiet street in Bethnal Green. It seems sad that tomorrow it will all be dismantled again after all the effort that went into it, but it was certainly a unique and admirable venture!
