We were wandering down Brick Lane on Wednesday when we were handed money-off leaflets for 'Blitz', being students, we were not going to turn down the oppurtunity of 20%, so we decided to check the shop out. The leaflet described itself as a 'Vintage Department Store' and trust me it was beautiful. It wasn't like your average vintage shop because everything was so carefully laid out and the interior design was just perfect. It was spread across two floors with similar clothes placed in areas together, I particularly loved how everything was hung on rails in spectrum colour order. Also EVERY item of clothing had obviously been sooo carefully chosen! The large vintage mirrors dotted around the shop and random items such as old shell petrol pumps, just perfectly added to the atmosphere. The other things I enjoyed was the fact that it didnt smell like a vintage shop and it was spacious enough that you didnt have to do the usual elbow wrestling business to get to the clothes rails, hahahaa!

If you fancy visiting yourself, it's in one of the side streets off Brick lane, they also are online at www.blitzlondon.com! I'd definately recommend it, especially if you're there anyway for the Sunday Markets!
